Danielle C.
Private tutor in Bloomington, IN
Education
I am a senior at Indiana University double majoring in informatics and journalism with a concentration and a minor in Spanish. I grew up in Illinois, but I went to middle and high school in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I am available to tutor in the spring semester through this summer, as I will be in Bloomington finishing my senior thesis.
Experience
I have been an undergraduate instructor at IU for two semesters, teaching an introductory programming course. I have also served as an orientation leader for IU, working with incoming freshmen and their families. I am a campus recruiter for the IU Office of Scholarships. I have also served as a discussion leader for the School of Public Health. I love working with students and encourage them to ask questions and be honest if they are not understanding a concept.

In my free time, I love to hike and be outdoors. I spend a lot of time hiking at Griffy Lake and Brown County on the weekends. I am a runner and just ran my first half marathon this fall. I love traveling; I recently returned from an internship in Spain. I love to read, listen to music, attend concerts, and eat at new restaurants.
