While in grad school, I published two academic papers on the subject of intra-national governance, one of which on the Sylvia Ostry Prize in Public Policy from the University of Toronto.

Hobbies
I have a two year old daughter which means my hobbies are largely limited to things I can do at home when she's asleep! That being said, my current job requires a lot of data manipulation and coding so I spend a lot of time experimenting with R language and I'm currently trying to teach myself C++. Other than that, my wife and I enjoy watching old movies together and exploring the countryside of Southern Indiana
