I am currently a Junior at Indiana University studying Elementary Education with a minor in Social Studies and International and Comparative Education.
Experience
I have worked in a few different schools assisting teachers. I also work at a summer camp during the summers. I want to be a tutor because I have a passion for teaching. I also am very knowledgable about the information that is being taught in schools right now. I have taken many classes on every subject being taught in elementary school. Some of the classes I have taken are "Teaching Reading and Writing", "Elementary Physics", "Education in A Pluralistic Society", "Scientific Inquiry" and many more. I have recently tutored a 1st grade student in Reading and Writing. I believe that I have a lot of experience being an education major.

Hobbies
My interests include reading, being outdoors, and doing crafts! I would be a good asset because I want to make tutoring somewhat enjoyable for the student. Learning can be fun as well as educational. I also have such a strong passion for students and learning so I think I would be a great tutor for your child!
