Experience
I have tutored informally. I haven't taken standardized tests in a long time, but was pretty good at them. I have a 1500 on the SAT (old style, only out of 1600) and 1490 on the GRE (again, out of 1600), 5 in AP Conversational French, 4 in Calculus BC, 800 (out of 800) Math Level II Achievement Test, etc. My musical training has given me a good handle on the ways of one-on-one instruction, and I think that there are people out there who can benefit from this, even if their paths don't necessarily lie in the field of music. Tutoring is also something that can fit nicely in between various musical tasks.
